Sparkling eyelashes add an extra gleam to your eyes. |

Step 1. First use curlers on the eyelashes. This 'opens' the eye - it creates the effect that the eyes are bigger and the eyelashes look longer. |

Step 2. After applying at least two coats of mascara and allowing it to dry between coats, coat the tips of the upper lashes with Crystal Clear Mascara 15012 (which can be found with the Splash Sealers). |

Step 3. While the Crystal Clear mascara is still wet dab Silver Torpedo (16028 Glitter Splash) or Whale Tale (16008 Glitter Splash) onto the tips of the eyelashes. Take care to just add a sprinkling of silver and not cover the eyelashes. |
