General:

Pricing - Membership

Membership to Dancing in Kent is FREE for three months from the date that we process your request. You will receive:

• Regular updates on new events, services, and products via e-mail.
• Access to 'Buying and Selling' noticeboard
• Access to 'Find A Partner'.
• Access to the magazine on the web.

After this date there are 3 options available to you.

Membership Options

Option 1. £5.00	Access to the website for one year and receive the benefits mentioned above.
Option 2. £9.50	Option 1 for six months plus a copy of the magazine delivered to your door.
Option 3. £18.00	Option 1 for one year plus a copy of the magazine delivered to your door.

Should you choose to have the magazine delivered by post then the above cost includes postage and packing.

If you choose not to have the magazine delivered it will only be available online for you to view and/or print.

The magazine will be sent out by the end of the previous month. We do not accept any liability for it arriving late due to circumstances beyond our control.

Payment for membership is due with the order and no credit facilities will be entered into.

Pricing - Magazine Subscription only

Subscription to the magazine only is £9.50 for six months or £18.00 for one year, which includes postage and packing.

The magazine will be sent out by the end of the previous month. We do not accept any liability for it arriving late due to circumstances beyond our control.

Payment for this service is due with the order and no credit facilities will be entered into.

Pricing - Advertising in the Magazine or on the Website

Advertising in our magazine or on our website will be agreed with the customer prior to the contract being signed. The price and duration of the advert will be included on the invoice.

All images must be submitted in tif, jpg or pdf format to maintain their quality.  Any other files we receive will be considered and are subject to being accepted by Dancing in Kent Ltd.

Payment in full is required for all advertising of three months duration or less. Advertising of more than three months and up to one year may be settled by a 40% deposit with the remaining 60% being paid in four equal instalments commencing 30 days after the contract has been signed.

No advertisements will appear until the monies have been cleared.

Cancellation or Refund Policy

There is a 7-day cooling off period from the date an order is received by Dancing in Kent Ltd. During this period the buyer can cancel any subscription or service ordered.

Cancellation to the subscription of the magazine or the membership of Dancing in Kent must be given in writing (email is acceptable from the registered email address, if applicable). No refund will be given for cancellation part way through the subscription.

Cancellation of an advert on the website or in the magazine must be given in writing (email is not acceptable). 30 days notice is required and a pro rata refund is given on any whole months unused after the 30 days notice period has been calculated.

Find a Partner:

Dancing in Kent Ltd is providing its’ Find A Dance Partner service free of charge for its private members although visitors to the website are free to read the postings on the site.  Should a visitor to the site wish to make contact with any person seeking a dance partner then they would be required to register with us in order to obtain a membership ID number, before sending a reply.

Dancing in Kent Ltd will not divulge any personal details of their members, except if there is reason to believe that a person is acting improperly upon which details will be passed directly to the police.

Dancing in Kent Ltd will not enter into, or be responsible for any negotiations or disputes between the two parties involved.

Dancing in Kent Ltd. reserves the right to refuse entries that may be inappropriate for this site.

Any replies will be sent to Dancing in Kent who in the first place only will forward the reply to the intended recipient.  It is then up to the recipient to decide whether or not to pursue the matter further. In the case of minors (young people under the age of 16) replies will only be sent to the parents/guardians who will then be responsible for taking any further action.

Those wishing to advertise on this page should complete the above form.  In the case of minors (under 16) parents/guardians will need to complete the form on behalf of their children.

Dancing in Kent Ltd will, at their discretion, make checks with parents.

Dancing in Kent Ltd accepts no liability for any problems that may be incurred by persons using this service.

All other terms and conditions of Dancing in Kent Ltd are applicable to this area.

Buying and Selling.

Dancing in Kent Ltd is providing this service free of charge for its private members although visitors to the website are free to purchase from our buyers. This service is not available to businesses.

Dancing in Kent Ltd will not enter into, or be responsible for any negotiations or disputes between the buyer and seller.

Dancing in Kent Ltd. reserves the right to refuse entries that may be inappropriate for this site. If you are selling please ensure that you have received payment in full before parting with your goods and buyers please check that you are satisfied as to the condition of your intended purchase before entering into a transaction.

Advertisements will be placed on the For Sale Noticeboard for one calendar month unless a written request (e-mail acceptable) is made to remove it. After one calendar month the seller is free to re-advertise.

An administration charge of £10.00 will be due if an image is included with the advertisement, however, the advertisement will be allowed to run for up to six months (unless we are notified by the advertiser). Please contact Dancing in Kent if you wish to include an image with your advertisment, after you have submitted your item(s) for sale.

Only dance related products will be accepted for advertising by members.

Submitting details about your Event/Workshop.

As the one-liners are free we have to be fair to the dance schools/clubs that have paid for an advert and only allow brief details to be included. If anyone is interested then they can always ring your contact number for further information. You should be looking to include the event/workshop name and the styles of dance available, if it is not obvious. It may pay to take a look at some of our current events to see what has been written.

Dancing in Kent Ltd reserve the right to amend any event/workshop submitted to us should it not conform to our guidelines.

If anyone is interested then they can always ring your contact number for further information. You should be looking to include the main details of the audition along with a closing date for applications. It may pay to take a look at some of our current auditions to see what has been written.

Dancing in Kent Ltd reserve the right to amend any audition submitted to us should it not conform to our guidelines.
